Consultation Calls (30 minute & 60 minute)
- More than 72 hours before the call: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
- Less than 72 hours before the call: No refund. The slot cannot be reallocated on short notice.
- No-show: No refund.
Itinerary Review
- Before work begins: Full refund. Contact us promptly — work starts within 1-2 business days of booking.
- After work has begun but before delivery: Partial refund for the portion of work not yet completed.
- After the written review has been sent to you: No refund.
Fully Custom Itinerary
- More than 72 hours before the consultation call: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
- Less than 72 hours before the consultation call: Partial refund of the amount paid minus the value of a 60 minute consultation call.
- Rescheduling consultation call less than 72 hours before the call: Additional fee may apply for one reschedule, and no refund for subsequent reschedules.
- After consultation call but before delivery of the itinerary: Partial refund for the portion of work not yet completed.
- After delivery of the completed itinerary: No refund.
Your Statutory Rights
Under Icelandic consumer contract law (lög um neytendasamninga, nr. 16/2016) you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. At checkout you will be asked to confirm that you request work to begin immediately; by doing so, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is extinguished once the service has been fully delivered. If you withdraw before full delivery, you will be charged proportionally for any work already completed.
How to Cancel
Email erin@dreamtraveliceland.com with your booking reference as soon as possible. Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
