2. Services

We offer remote advisory services in the tourism industry: All services are delivered remotely by video call or written document. No in-person guiding or tour operations are included.

3. Booking and Payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). VAT is zero-rated as these are services exported outside Iceland (lög um virðisaukaskatt nr. 50/1988, gr. 12(1)(b)). Payment is processed securely by Teya. We do not store any card details. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email has been sent to your provided email address.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services provide travel advice and planning support only. All travel decisions, bookings, and activities are undertaken at your own risk. Drauma Ferðalag Ísland ehf. is not liable for changes due to weather, road closures, volcanic activity, or other circumstances beyond our control, nor for decisions made based on the advice provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, documents, and content we provide are for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Any disputes shall be referred to the Reykjanes District Court (Héraðsdómur Reykjaness), Iceland.
