These terms govern services provided by Drauma Ferðalag Ísland ehf. (Dream Travel Iceland) registered in Reykjanesbær, Iceland.

2. Services

We offer remote advisory services in the tourism industry. Planning services are delivered remotely by video call or written document. Dream Travel Iceland is also licensed as a day-tour operator; day tours operated directly by Dream Travel Iceland are booked and fulfilled separately.

Our planning services are advisory only. Customers are responsible for making their own bookings with third-party providers based on the advice given. Dream Travel Iceland does not book third-party accommodations or travel services on behalf of clients. Day tours operated directly by Dream Travel Iceland are booked through the site.

3. Booking and Payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). VAT is zero-rated as these are services exported outside Iceland (lög um virðisaukaskatt nr. 50/1988, gr. 12(1)(b)). Payment is processed securely by Teya. We do not store any card details. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email has been sent to your provided email address.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services provide travel advice and planning support only. All travel decisions, bookings, and activities are undertaken at your own risk. Drauma Ferðalag Ísland ehf. is not liable for changes due to weather, road closures, volcanic activity, or other circumstances beyond our control, nor for decisions made based on the advice provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, documents, and content we provide are for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Any disputes shall be referred to the Reykjanes District Court (Héraðsdómur Reykjaness), Iceland.
