Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use browser local storage in the same way. This page explains exactly what we store and why.
What We Store
Essential (always active)
These are required for the site to work. No consent needed.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
cookie-consent | Local storage | Remembers whether you accepted or declined optional cookies | Until cleared |
funnel-session-id | Session storage | Anonymous session identifier used to track booking form steps and page interactions. Contains no personal data - a random number unrelated to your identity. | Until tab closed |
qr-campaign | Session storage | Remembers marketing campaign parameters (UTM tags) as you navigate between pages so attribution is preserved. | Until tab closed |
lastBookingId, lastBookingToken | Session storage | Temporarily stores your booking reference and calendar download link so the success page can display them. | Until tab closed |
funnel-checkout-ctx | Session storage | Temporarily preserves your session and selected service during the payment redirect so the confirmation page can record the result in the same session. Cleared automatically after use. | Until tab closed |
funnel-utm-captured | Session storage | Remembers whether UTM campaign parameters were already recorded for this session, so they are not duplicated across page views. Contains no personal data. | Until tab closed |
Analytics and advertising (optional - only with your consent)
We use Google’s tag (for Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement) and Microsoft Advertising’s tag. None of the cookies below are set until you click Accept All.
One detail worth being clear about: Google’s tag script itself is loaded on every page in what Google calls “consent mode”, with all storage denied by default. Until you accept, it sets no cookies and sends only cookieless, aggregate signals (no identifier that follows you between visits). The Microsoft tag is not loaded at all until you accept. If you decline, that is how things stay.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 | Counts page visits and measures how the site is used. IP addresses are not stored. | 2 years |
_gcl_au | Google Ads | Lets us see whether a booking came from one of our Google ads (conversion measurement). No personalised advertising. | 90 days |
_uetsid, _uetvid | Microsoft Advertising | Lets us see whether a booking came from one of our Bing ads (conversion measurement). | 1 day / 13 months |
Managing Your Preferences
When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept or decline optional cookies. Your choice is kept for 90 days, after which we ask again. You can change it at any time by clicking Manage Cookie Preferences in the footer of any page, which reopens the banner. Declining after accepting stops the tags from setting new cookies; cookies already on your device can be removed through your browser.
You can also disable or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Note that blocking essential storage may affect how the site functions.
